The CDPP Referrals Gateway is a secure channel for the submission of referrals and e-Briefs, up to the classification of Official Sensitive, by our partners.

This gateway can accept:

• New e-Briefs
• Updates (additional tranches/files for any existing matter referred to the CDPP)
• Arrest matters
• Breach matters

By submitting your referral online through our gateway you will be helping us deliver a more efficient prosecution service.
